Tibbs\, MPH\, LCCE\, IBCLC is a nationally recognized speaker and educator on anti-racism\, diversity and health disparities. Our nation is experiencing a modern racial awakening and reckoning. Tibbs\, MPH\, LCCE\, IBCLC is a nationally recognized speaker and educator on anti- racism\, diversity and health disparities. She serves as founder\, lactation consultant and childbirth educator for Sankofa Childbirth Education Services where she offers private classes for birthing families.   She is the co-founder of The Pittsburgh Black Breastfeeding Circle (2014) which provides virtual and in person lactation and parenting support to Black birthing families. She is proud to be one of four creators of the B.L. A. C K.  Course (launching in Jan. 2021) which stands for breastfeeding\, lactation\, accommodation\, culture and kinship.  This 45-hour course provides foundational lactation education from a black perspective.  Ngozi holds a master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in health education and promotion and is currently studying to be both a certified fitness and nutrition coach. She passionately serves with other doulas and educators of color to reduce infant mortality and raise breastfeeding rates in the African American community. She is a published poet\, artist\, fitness and nutrition influencer and dancer.
