USLCA Chapter organizations receive a variety of annual benefits including:
Chapters will be mailed a printed copy of USLCA’s journal Clinical Lactation each quarter. Please be sure to keep the mailing address in your Chapter profile current.
Chapters are able to order one free recorded webinar every membership year (January 1-December 31) to be shown at a chapter event. Chapters may select any available recorded webinar that offers up to two CERPs/contact hours. These CERPs/contact hours have already been approved by IBLCE and ANCC. You can order your annual free webinar here.
In addition to the one free webinar, Chapters may purchase webinars throughout the year at a rate of $5 per person per credit hour. You can order recorded webinars for Chapters here.
Chapters are granted a $300 credit every membership year to print USLCA materials. To log onto your Chapter Print Shop and view the list of publications available to print, please click here.
In addition to the $300 print credit, Chapters receive discounts on any additional printing orders placed through the Chapter Print Shop.
Chapters have the opportunity to advertise in USLCA newsletters and submit specialized content for USLCA’s Facebook page. You can read more about this benefit here.
USLCA members who are also members of a USLCA chapter are given additional recognition as Elite members. A special “Elite Member” emblem can be found on the directory listings and membership cards of Elite members. Chapter members can join USLCA today to be recognized as an Elite member.

Compiled from thoughtful feedback from current USLCA chapters, as well as official USLCA chapter policies, this Chapter FAQs document includes information for how to start a chapter, examples of common chapter documents, and best practice guidance and tips.
For help creating or updating your Chapter profile, please refer to this online tutorial. When setting up your Chapter contacts, please keep in mind that only one primary contact will have access to update the Chapter profile. You are able to add additional Chapter contacts in your Chapter account. These additional contacts will have access to order Chapter webinars and submit quarterly Chapter reports, but they will not have access to change Chapter information.
As a method for USLCA to stay informed of your Chapter activities and events, we encourage all Chapters to submit quarterly reports. These reports are used to spotlight Chapters in USLCA’s monthly newsletter, and will be the basis for selecting our annual “Outstanding Chapter Award.” Reports are due April 30th, July 31st, October 31st, and January 31st. Quarterly Chapter Calls
Quarterly Chapter conference calls keep Chapters informed on USLCA-related news. The calls also provide the opportunity to share your Chapter’s accomplishments and concerns with other Chapters in the country. Chapter officers will be notified of upcoming quarter Chapter calls via email. Be sure your Chapter is represented on each and every call!
